  1. Hi Karen, I’m so glad to have read your bio and realized you’re a cancer survivor. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2008 also and survived for 11 years after the treatment in 2009.

  2. Hi Karen, I love your blog.

I’m H.R Phoenix, an Author and the creator of which inspires, motivates and encourages people to put pen to paper.
I’m planning to launch a Penable Academy at the end of September with free writing courses for anyone to access and learn from.

I was wondering if you could do a short course on writing. Kindly let me know and I can give you more details.
    You can reach me at:

    Regards and stay safe,
    H.R Phoenix,

    1. Thank you for considering me to do a short course on writing, but I will have to decline. Most of my time and energy go toward promoting ovarian cancer awareness and fundraising. Then, I squeeze in time for writing.
Best of luck in your endeavor. It is a great idea.

  3. Just came from reading your comment on my blog. I’m married to a two-time twenty-seven year cancer survivor so I have a special place in my heart for survivors. Your bio is inspiring.

    1. Congratulations to your husband for his 27-year survival. We hear too much about those who have passed which creates more fear and misunderstanding about cancer. Thank you for sharing and also for becoming a follower.
